Olden Days!

In his youth, my Brother, Graham was a joker! I remember him taking me, on my Mum's wishes, for a walk one day. We passed by the canal, at Openshaw, and walked on the towpath for a while. He asked me if I knew where we were. I replied, no.At which point he took off into the streets around and about, leaving me stood, crying, at the lock gates! I knew he wouldn't leave me there, that he would come back for me later that week, then a kindly copper saw my distress and took me home! Boy! Did he get a leatherin' from my mum.
Over the last 10 years, we have enjoyed each others company on many occasions. Going on holiday coach trips, and drives down to Cornwall, and lots of other places.Even went abroad together, Joan & Gra, & Yvonne and me.
We had wonderful times, enjoying each others company, so many laughs.
He was more than a brother. He was my best mate. I miss him more than words can say, and he will always be in my heart.
